Social Media Manager; On-Site

For the Social Media Manager, this means developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging, brand-aligned content, and building strong connections with our customers and community. Your Day-to-DayDevelop and execute social media strategies supporting seasonal promotions, events, product features, and community initiativesCreate platform-specific campaign concepts while maintaining consistent content series, visual styles, and a recognizable Adams social presenceCollaborate with the Director of Marketing to align content with overall strategy and business goalsCoordinate and provide direction to internal creative resources, including Graphic Designers and AnimatorsPlan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, managing the full production process from concept through deliveryDirect on-location shoots across store locations, capturing products, team members, and the customer experience while maintaining a consistent visual styleManage the social media content calendar, aligning posts with promotions, events, and business prioritiesWrite on-brand captions and messaging that reflect Adams' voiceMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong engagementStay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activityTrack key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content effectivenessUse data insights to optimize content strategy and improve performanceEstablish and track progress toward social media goals aligned with overall marketing objectivesWhat you bring to the FarmBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field required5-7 years of experience in social media, content creation, or creative marketing roles, including experience guiding or directing team members or contractorsStrong portfolio demonstrating social campaigns or content series you originated, produced, and measuredProfessional-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with experience shooting and editing short-form videoStrong conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop original ideas and campaignsExcellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write in a consistent, brand-aligned voiceAbility to lead creative execution by briefing designers, providing feedback, and maintaining a clear creative visionStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a full content calendar and production scheduleUnderstanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, with the ability to create platform-specific contentWorking ConditionsFrequently use hands, wrists, and fingers for computer work, content creation, and editing tasks.Occasionally move, adjust, and position items such as cameras, lighting, props, or displays, up to 30-40 pounds with assistance.Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computerOccasionally ascend/descend a stepstool, stepladder, or ladder for photography or video shoots.Communicate with team members, store staff, and management to coordinate content and campaigns.May require occasional travel between stores or locations for on-site content creation.Perks of the Job At Adams, we believe in recognizing and rewarding excellent work with competitive compensation and meaningful benefits.
