Social Media Marketer

Asenka Interactive is a small but growing strategic marketing agency looking to expand our team. We are seeking a creative, organized and reliable individual to head up our Social Media Marketing. Your Responsibilities: * Create a clear social media marketing strategy that will drive follower and engagement growth * Develop lead generation strategies through social media * Produce social media content calendars as well as content writing for posts across all social media platforms * Build and optimize multiple ad campaigns in Facebook and other platforms * Post to multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, etc… * Implement, present and maintain reporting per platform * Create compelling and shareable social media graphics * Email content writing, planning and blasting * Stay up-to-date on social media trends and innovations. What you bring: * Outstanding verbal and written communication, and processes focused on clear goals, articulation of options and data-driven decisions * Knowledge of social media platforms as well as social media management platforms * Ability to write clear, engaging and consistent messaging with the client’s target audience in mind * Ability to analyze social campaigns and their effect on business and marketing objectives * At least 1 year of B2B/B2C Social Media Marketing experience * Good time management skills and be able to ensure on- time and on-budget delivery for simultaneous projects We are a Mac-based agency offering temporary work-from-home flexibility though regular hours are expected to be worked on-site in our new New Hope PA studio.
