Social media marketing

You will help create simple ads, short videos, branded posts, and promotional content to help us grow our brand and attract leads. Responsibilities • Create simple ads and promotional videos for social media • Talk about the company on camera (optional but preferred) • Promote services across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and community groups • Help generate interested leads (buyers, sellers, partners) • Represent our company in a professional, positive manner • Share company updates, deals, and opportunities • Report weekly performance and activity • Optional: attend virtual meetings or training Qualifications • Comfortable on camera and speaking confidently • Social media experience (posting, recording videos, basic content creation) • Positive, energetic personality • Reliable communication • Ability to follow a marketing script or content calendar • Experience in real estate, sales, or online marketing is a plus but NOT required Compensation • $30–$35 per hour + monthly bonus • Performance bonuses for qualified leads generated • Commission available on deals generated through your content • Weekly pay We are so excited to meet you and welcome you to the Home Offer 365 team
