Social Media Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to help revamp and promote our radio show. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our audience volume and improve our promoting and show exposure efforts. We are looking for a fun, motivated individual who can: -Create promotion and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules -Ensure brand consistency in promotions and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management -Collect viewer's data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns -Report progress to executive director -Grow and expand show's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram -Research and monitor activity of show competitors -Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages We are looking to interview candidates this week and next week. The selected candidate must enter this employment opportunity through NCWorks program. Position will start part-time and transition to full-time to permanent hire.
