Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic woman who has magic energy and a fun personality to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Assistant with the option of additional shifts and hours as a sales associate on the weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and customer service, with an excitement to focus their knowledge on the bra, pajama, and swim industry.
Marketing & Social Media Associate
• Taking the lead on marketing-related initiatives determined by Employer as they arise including but not limited to social media, email marketing, event planning, strategic advertising, networking, community outreach, etc.
• Weekly Content Goals
• Instagram Grid Posts (6-12)
• Instagram Stories (2-10 slides/day)
• Instagram Reels (3-5)
• TikTok Videos (3-5)
• Email Newsletters (1 or 2)
• Update the ongoing LFMR (La Femme Marketing Report) for weekly meetings
• Seek approvals and edits
• Make organized future content plans
• Create larger education and themed campaigns for store growth
• Outline future events (collabs, in-store events, fundraiser appearances, pop ups)
• Analyze prior efforts for traction and growth
• Take initiative with new marketing strategies that may include, paid online ads, clientelling systems, ecommerce, etc.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
