Social Media & Marketing Assistant

**Overview:** We are seeking a creative and innovative Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Portland Tennis & Education. As a Community Service Work Study student employment position, this role will work approximately 10 hours a week in windows during 9am-5pm from Monday to Thursday, with some exceptions. **Responsibilities:** • Collect content (pictures and videos) at PT&E events and programs • Create social media posts and campaigns to promote PT&E's nonprofit programs and tennis and pickleball offerings • Contribute to newsletter creation and website updates • Work on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Squarespace, Robly, and Google Suite • Perform other related tasks as required • *Qualifications:** • Must have Federal Work Study Funds in Financial Aid package • Mastery of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) • Minimum qualifications also include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills • *Benefits:** • Hourly wage of $16.90/hour • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative non-profit organization • Ability to gain valuable experience in social media and marketing • Flexible schedule with approximately 10 hours a week in windows during 9am-5pm from Monday to Thursday
