Manage and grow Official TikTok accounts with potential to support content expansion across platforms such as YouTube Instagram and Facebook.Execute a structured content plan including High frequency posting in early-stage growth and transition to strategic data-driven content planning.Collaborate on content ideation, trends and storytelling. 1-3 years of experience in TikTok, Social media or E-Commerce Marketing.Strong interest in TikTok content, creator economy and short-form video trends.Experience or exposure to influencer/affiliate marketing is a strong plus.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows; (creators, contents and campaigns).Data-driven mindset with understanding of key metrics; (engagements, CR, conversion, GMV).Strong communication skills and proactive with a ownership-driven attitude.Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with ambiguity and fast iteration.Interest in multi-platform content growth (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
