We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant who can also provide general office support. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and hands-on administrative work in a healthcare setting. Social Media & Marketing: Develop engaging, educational, and brand-aligned posts related to fertility health Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Assist with product distribution from global sales formats: i.e. FTI, Inc., Website, FaceBook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay. Experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with professionalism and empathy Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with social media tools, Canva, or similar design platforms is a plus Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office is a bonus but not required
