About The Role: The Pepper Pott is hiring a Social Media Admin to elevate our online presence and bring our flavor to the feed. Requirements: • Social media experience (either for a brand or personal project with traction) • Familiarity with Instagram best practices (Reels, Stories, Highlights, Scheduling) • Strong writing voice and ability to adapt tone (fun, bold, Caribbean-rooted) • Organized and reliable — able to manage deadlines with minimal oversight • Based in or near Nashville — occasional in-person content coordination needed • Canva Design Skills (moderate) Bonus Points: • Experience with food brands or local businesses • Enthusiasm for Caribbean food, culture, and community storytelling You’ll help us do just that.
