The Marketing Project Manager will engage in all aspects of our organization to assist and enable sales, marketing, and management with marketing and data- centric duties. On a daily basis will perform and manage projects with management, clients, and staff relating to metrics, and data archiving, and management. Primary Product Knowledge/ Duties Include: \\- Writing skills - email campaigns, messaging, Linkedin marketing Excel Basics: \\- Forms, Fuzzy lookup, comparisons \\- Pivot tables \\- Lookup data research and preparation/management \\- Analysis \\- Reports \\- Data management The daily duties include, but are not limited to the following activities: \\- Writing copy for email and Linkedin campaigns, Facebook and Google Adwors \\- Receiving, 'cleaning', organizing, and preparing data for use in various applications \\- Exporting lists and sales activities from various applications, including Salesforce.com and our own internal CRM and other tools; Access, Excel, Google. Requirements and Qualifications: -College degree preferred and at least 2 years of experience in these areas -Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills -Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Excel and Access -Exceptional organization, time-management skills.
