Role Description Location: Remote Key ResponsibilitiesPaid & Organic Social Execution • Plan and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn for B2B; Meta/X for DTC) • Own content calendaring and publishing schedules • Develop and/or source creative assets (copy, images, video) in collaboration with internal teams or external designers • Execute media planning, budget allocation, and pacing to hit performance targets • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple objectives (lead gen, engagement, re-engagement) B2B Lead Generation & Lifecycle Marketing • Build and manage LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns • Set up lead-nurture and re-engagement flows for B2B audiences • Develop audience segmentation strategies (job titles, industries, company size, intent signals) • Support top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel social strategies • Coordinate with CRM or marketing automation platforms to support lead routing and nurturing Testing, Optimization & Reporting • Design and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, and formats • Continuously optimize toward CPL, CPA, and lead quality • Build and deliver clear performance reporting with actionable insights • Translate data into recommendations for scaling or course correction Required Qualifications • 3–7+ years of hands-on paid social media experience • Strong experience with DTC advertising as well as LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation • Proven success running lead-nurture, engagement, and re-engagement campaigns • Experience with creative testing and performance optimization • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → reporting) • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work in central time zone • Native English speaker • Comfortable leading client meetings via MS Teams Nice-to-Have • Experience supporting multiple clients or brands simultaneously • Experience working with B2B companies selling high-consideration products or services • Background in agency or consulting environments Why This Role • Fully remote • Clear scope and ownership • Competitive hourly rate • Opportunity to work on sophisticated B2B and performance-driven social programs
