Social Media, Marketing & Communications Specialist

This position supports daily marketing and communications efforts with a strong emphasis on social media management, content creation, Google Business optimization, and coordination across multiple venues. Marketing & Communications Support • Assist with the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and communications supporting restaurants, event spaces, and the West Village brand. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social scheduling tools • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects • Someone who thrives in both creative and fast paced environments • A team player who communicates clearly and follows through • A professional who understands how social media supports broader business goals This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
