What You'll Do: Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content across social media platformsManage and schedule posts while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voiceMonitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audienceCreate and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising initiativesTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reachStay current on social media trends, tools, and best practicesCollaborate with leadership and staff to highlight programs, events, and resident lifeWhat We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldAt least 3-5 year's experience in social media management or similar roleStrong writing, editing, and communication skillsKnowledge of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategiesAbility to create visually appealing and impactful content
