Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who is excited to be part of the studio environment, capture the energy of our community, and help bring the Mantra brand to life through This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and regular in-studio Hybrid position with both remote work and regular in-studio presence In-studio work required for content capture, events, and collaboration Occasional travel between Mantra Fitness studio locations in the Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Hands-on experience using Later.com (or similar scheduling platforms) Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and templated content creation Ability to plan and manage a basic social media posting schedule Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to follow brand guidelines and execute consistently Comfortable working independently and managing recurring tasks Strong communication skills and reliability
