We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Director to lead our local social media managers across our properties. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and the President, this role ensures each brand operates with a consistent, high-energy, and forward-thinking approach to content, engagement, and growth. Reporting Structure • Direct Report to: Chief of Staff and President • Management Oversight: Local Social Media Managers across all COLLiDE properties. • Digital Advertising: Understanding of paid social platforms and digital advertising principles; experience working alongside ads teams to drive sales. • Professional Experience: 2+ years of social media management experience.
