Position OverviewWe Fortify is seeking a creative, motivated marketing intern to lead our Instagram Reel strategy for Summer 2026. You will design and produce short‑form video content for three major annual fundraising events, build a reusable content library and strategy toolkit, and contribute to our growing social media presence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a short‑form video strategy centered on Instagram Reels.Produce content promoting the Benefit Luncheon, Serve to Serve Pickleball Tournament, and Gala Not Gala.Highlight resident stories, volunteer impact, and community moments through digital content.Research and test strategies to reach new audiences (younger supporters, volunteers, new donors).Assist with establishing and tracking social media and email growth metrics in partnership with Pollinate Marketing.Contribute to internal language development by organizing and inputting organizational content into the training framework.Create a Summer Instagram Reel Campaign for all three annual fundraising events.Build a 10–15 Reel Content Library for future campaigns and storytelling.Develop a Short‑Form Video Strategy Guide (best practices, hashtags, editing tools).Produce a Social Media & Email Baseline + Growth Report (in collaboration with Pollinate Marketing).Organize content assets for AI framework.Draft human‑sourced content as required.Represent the organization professionally at networking opportunities.QualificationsMust Have:Familiarity with Instagram Reels and short‑form video.Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).Ability to work independently on creative projects.Interest in nonprofit or community‑impact work.Hybrid availability (remote + on‑site for shoots).Nice to Have:Experience creating Reels and Tik Tok content.Basic photography or videography skills.Familiarity with nonprofit storytelling.Interest in social impact communications.DetailsDuration: 10 weeks, Summer 2026.Location: Hybrid – Colorado Springs, CO (on‑site required for video shoots and events).Supervisor: Philanthropic & Operations Strategist.Weekly Check‑ins: 45‑minute meeting with supervisor.Academic Credit: We support academic credit arrangements.Compensation: Stipend of $1,500.#J-18808-Ljbffr
