Position: Social Media Marketing Internship | Fall 2026 OverviewAbout The Job Fam Fluence Talent Management, a leading creator/influencer management agency exclusively representing 100+ of the top-performing mom/family influencers in North America, is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern. This position is 100% virtual, with a collaborative and supportive environment, offering growth opportunities for post-graduation employment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and posting on affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK, Shop My) on behalf of talent.Edit and refine content.Track and analyze posting cadence to determine which drives the most clicks and conversions.Monitor and track content performance.Brainstorm and research content ideas, analyzing current social media trends.Brainstorm and develop strategies to increase creator monetization across platforms.Help influencers engage with their audiences through timely and authentic social posts.Research additional platforms and opportunities for creator monetization.QualificationsMust be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.3.0 GPA or above.Commit to at least 15 hours a week.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Resourceful, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions.Our Dream Team MemberPassionate about supporting influencer talent and social media growth.Organized, resourceful, committed to meeting deadlines and checking things off the to-do list.Social media savvy, eager to contribute creative content ideas.Enthusiastic to learn and participate in brainstorming sessions.Compensation & ReimbursementThis internship is for college credit only.
