We're looking for a strategic social media marketer who can own the entire social marketing function—from copywriting to content strategy to performance optimization. This is a hands-on social media marketing role where you'll own strategy and execution across Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms for multiple creators. If you perform, this role evolves into head of marketing, where you'll lead strategy and build a team. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end social media strategy for multiple creator accounts • Write high-converting copy for Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms • Develop content concepts, hooks, and storylines for Reels and short-form video • Build and execute content calendars across platforms • Test different angles, messaging, and formats to optimize engagement and conversion • Analyze performance data and adjust strategy based on results • Lead creator branding and positioning strategy • Create scalable content frameworks and systems • Collaborate directly with agency leadership on growth initiatives Required: • 2-4+ years of social media marketing experience (agency, brand, creator economy, or freelance) • Strong copywriting skills • Deep platform knowledge: Instagram and Twitter algorithms, engagement tactics, and growth strategies • Data-driven mindset (you track, test, and optimize relentlessly) • Ability to write in different voices and adapt to different creator personas • Strategic thinking combined with execution speed • Comfortable working in-office in Edgewater, Miami
