Social Media Marketing Lead

What You Will Do:

As a key player in our team, you'll spearhead social media strategies and create engaging content for product launches and growth initiatives across Zoom's dynamic portfolio. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and design teams, you will transform complex technical features into captivating social narratives that elevate brand awareness and foster meaningful engagement across various social platforms.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Creating and executing dynamic social media content strategies for product launches, feature announcements, and growth campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.

Developing engaging visual and written content through teamwork with product, marketing, and design teams to convert technical features into compelling narratives and creative briefs.

Overseeing social media activities for signature events like Enterprise Connect and Zoomtopia, focusing on in-person content creation and real-time audience engagement.

Optimizing social media outreach for company awards and recognitions by converting press releases into captivating campaigns and coordinating efforts with communications teams.

Enhancing content discoverability through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and YouTube SEO while managing community engagement on Reddit.

What We Are Looking For:

3-6 years of experience in managing social media for enterprise brands or agencies, with a track record of success in product launch campaigns.

Skilled in writing compelling copy that is adaptable across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

Experience with social media management tools (preferably Sprout Social) and basic design tools (such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar).

Ability to analyze social media performance data and derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing best practices for optimizing visibility.

Familiarity with AI content creation tools and skilled in crafting effective prompts to improve content production.

Experience in technology or B2B marketing environments is a plus.

Salary Range:

Minimum: $65,400.00
Maximum: $158,700.00

In addition to base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom offers a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will depend on various factors and will align with your qualifications and experience.
