As a full-time remote Social Media Marketing Lead, the candidate will own and execute Chainlink's social media strategy across major platforms, crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, and driving audience growth in the crypto space. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end social strategy and execution across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Write copy, produce and edit short-form videos, and monitor daily performance of social media posts Drive measurable growth in audience engagement and share of voice while reporting on performance metrics Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth crypto brand with proven audience growth Demonstrable fluency in crypto topics and a strong presence on Crypto Twitter Proven ability to create and execute social media strategies while producing content personally Strong portfolio showcasing content creation including posts, threads, and short-form videos Deep familiarity with AI tools relevant to social media workflows
