Social Media Marketing Manager

Seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert

Tampa, FL | Hands-on

Let's be clear up front.

This isn't a job scheduling posts and reporting "impressions" to clients. We want someone who can take ad spend and explain exactly what it produced, in leads and revenue.

WHO WE ARE

We're a Tampa agency that runs on systems: automation, real data, and AI built into how we work. We're small and fast, and the work you do shows up directly in our clients' results.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Paid social: run Meta and LinkedIn campaigns end to end. That covers strategy, creative testing, budgets, and getting cost per lead down.

- Google: Search, Performance Max, and YouTube, all run against real numbers.

- SEO: the fundamentals, done properly.

- AEO and GEO: get our clients cited when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity, not just ranked on Google. If you already know why that matters, you're the person we want.

- Results: say what's working and what isn't, and drop what isn't.

YOU'LL FIT IF YOU…

- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience on these platforms, as the one doing the work rather than managing someone who does

- Think in CPL, ROAS and LTV, not likes

- Can show us campaigns you built, with the numbers

- Treat AI tools as part of your daily workflow

- Can run several clients at once without losing track

WHAT YOU GET

- Real ownership with no layers of approval

- A front-row seat as we build an agency platform from the ground up

- Competitive pay plus performance upside

- Tampa, which has better weather than wherever the recruiter who just messaged you is based

TO APPLY

Send us one campaign you're proud of, with the numbers, and one you'd redo and why. Skip the cover letter. We'll learn more from the past campaigns.
