Social Media & Marketing Manager

Fyre by Night is a nightclub at International Market Place in the heart of Waikiki. We're looking for a well-rounded, creative marketer to own our brand online and in the club. You'll plan and create the content that fills our room every week, from event flyers and promos to Reels, photos and recaps.

What you'll do:

- Plan, create and post content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, keeping a consistent weekly calendar

- Design event flyers, promo graphics and digital screen content that match the Fyre by Night brand

- Shoot and edit photos and short-form video on event nights

- Write captions, promo copy and announcements in our brand voice

- Help run paid social campaigns and report on what's working

- Work with DJs, promoters and partners on cross-promotion

- Track results (engagement, reach, event turnout) and share regular recaps with the Director of Nightlife

What we're looking for:

- Strong marketing experience, ideally in nightlife, hospitality, events or entertainment

- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or similar)

- A portfolio showing your social media and design work

- Organized, self-directed and comfortable owning a content calendar

- Available for some evening and event-night coverage

Big pluses:

- Photography and videography experience

- Photo and video editing (Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut or similar)

- Experience running Meta ads
