Social Media Marketing Manager

Kirio is seeking an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager to manage its global social media programs and drive best-in-class customer experience, brand engagement and reach. Creativity and innovation but also rigorous testing, measurement and ability to continuously iterate to improve results are critical for this role. Success in this role requires a passion for social media, excellent customer instincts, strong brand understanding, excellent project management skills, an aptitude for measurement and performance monitoring, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement. More specifically, this role will: • Lead the development of our Social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance • Develop programs to grow audiences and foster global social conversation • Targeted creative content creation with some design layout creation • Manage the day-to-day scheduling, messaging, monitoring, and moderation of Kirio’s social platforms and channels • Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of Kirio’s social platforms and channels with regular reporting to leadership • Project Manage internal resources to ensure alignment around a continuous flow of high quality, curated social content • Surface insights for business and marketing strategies. • Experience fully managing Social Media branding on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube • Proficient with Social Media Management tools • Copy editing experience translating traditional marketing content into brand-relevant conversations • A strong desire to work in a small, nimble, fast growing startup environment, where working with autonomy and leading the way are critical.
