You’ll also collaborate with our team during launches, driving excitement and engagement around our mission to help families graduate debt-free. Qualified candidates will have: • At least 25-30 hours of availability per week • An interest in going deep on one brand - understanding its audience, message, voice inside and out - rather than juggling multiple clients (open to discussing this for those who may have 1 or 2 clients but we are not looking to be part of an agency client relationship) • Passion for social media strategies and staying ahead of the curve, always bringing new ideas to the table • Strong data and analytic skills to guide decisions • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and administrative skills • Enjoys optimizing, improving, and fulfilling repeatable systems and processes • Picks up technology quickly and easily • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills • Strong knowledge of English writing/grammar - must be fluent • Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times • This is a very hands-on position with the opportunity to truly impact the business, therefore, will be treated as a such and held to those standards • Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube) - the more, the better, though not all are expected.
