This isn't a "post and pray" role. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who geeks out over analytics, doesn't need a creative director to approve every caption, and treats social media like a performance sport. Content Creation & Strategy • Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms for The Cultivate Code, Melon Marketing, and Alleyoop Group • Create short-form and long-form video content (reels, carousels, stories, captions) that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement • Repurpose podcast episodes, client case studies, and founder content into multi-platform promotional materials • Write conversion-focused captions that sound human, not like AI • Platform Management & Growth • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working (engagement, conversions, lead generation) • Manage community engagement, DMs, and comments with speed and brand consistency • Test new content formats, platform features, and creative approaches to stay ahead of trends • Identify growth opportunities and execute on them without needing permission This role is ideal for someone who is: • A content creator first, a poster second, you know what performs and why • Obsessed with analytics and use data to improve, not just report • Comfortable writing in different brand voices without losing speed or quality • Resourceful and scrappy, you figure it out instead of waiting for answers • Confident on camera and can coach others to do the same • Comfortable managing multiple brands and shifting priorities • Proactive and independent, you don't need daily direction Don't Apply If: • You think "engagement" means likes and comments (we care about conversions) • You need detailed instructions and daily check-ins to stay on track • You've never repurposed long-form content into social assets • You treat social media as a strict 9-5 job (great content happens in real-time) • You need constant praise or validation to stay motivated
