POSITIONWe’re looking for an experienced, passionate and versatile Marketing/Social Media Manager to support our local grassroots and digital marketing efforts in the areas in and around: Short Hills, Livingston and Montclair.The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, while managing and inspiring a team to follow-through on those strategies.They are equally proficient in day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing. They also strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.OBJECTIVESDrive local leads into the Rumble Boxing studiosIdentify target audiences in the region and develop grassroots campaigns to inform the community about Rumble Boxing and generate quality leadsBe on hand to oversee daily studio operations if necessaryDevelop and execute monthly marketing plans for the region, leveraging team members from all three Rumble Boxing locationsCoordinate with studio managersDevelop and execute a plan for evaluating grassroots marketing campaigns to understand factors affecting conversion rateCoordinate directly with the corporate marketing office to ensure alignment with all corporate marketing campaignsWork with corporate marketing vendors to target high-quality leadsREQUIREMENTS2+ years of professional marketing experienceStrong managerial skill set with the ability to set goals and forecast resources required to accomplish the goalsExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phonePrior sales experienceWilling to attend and oversee grassroots marketing events, and have the ability to set up a portable table and aluminum-frame canopyProficient in content creation, willing to post content daily on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.Excellent written, grammar and verbal communication skillsSolution-based and results-oriented, competitive spiritProficient in public speakingAny other duties as assignedBachelor's degree in marketing (or related discipline)PREFERRED SKILLSProficiency in productivity software such as Powerpoint, Excel, and WordExperience with Digital StackExperience with Club ReadyCOMPENSATION & PERKSComplimentary fitness membership while employedEmployee retail discountsThis is a part‑time position with the opportunity to turn full‑time based on performance and if company goals are met/exceeded.The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
