Social Media Marketing Specialist

Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses Part-Time: 25 – 30 hours per week (potential to become full-time) Location: Raleigh, NC 27615 Company Overview: We are a fast-growing retail and liquidation company seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help manage and expand our B2B marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow brand presence across eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Whatnot • Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and promotional content to attract business customers and resellers • Assist with live selling events, open house and marketplace promotions • Develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and wholesale inquiries • Analyze performance metrics to optimize listings, ads, and audience reach • Collaborate with the leadership team on sales goals, seasonal promotions, and growth initiatives (Whatnot, Amazon experience preferred but not required) Background in B2B or wholesale sales preferred Strong understanding of social media trends, e-commerce, and digital marketing best practices Creative, analytical, and able to work independently Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
