Job Description: We need a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist with some Marketing experience who understands the Jiu-Jitsu community and can drive online engagement, attract competitors and spectators, and build excitement for our events through digital marketing. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter) to grow our audience • Create high-quality content, including event promotions, athlete spotlights, match highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and industry news • Manage social media interactions, engage with followers, and respond to messages/comments • Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and sponsors to create promotional campaigns • Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and paid advertising • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content strategy • Stay up-to-date with Jiu-Jitsu trends, major tournaments, and community discussions If you have Jiu-Jitsu experience, let us know in your application!
