Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help bring our brands to life online. This role focuses on creating cohesive, on-brand content across multiple platforms while supporting our marketing team and brand vision. Key Responsibilities • Create campaigns, videos, reels, and social media posts following the marketing calendar • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for all four brands • Attend events as needed to capture content on-site • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all brands and platforms • Incorporate feedback from Directors and Marketing Manager • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on social media platforms and tools (Later, Canva, Flodesk, Google Ads, IG, Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest, etc.) • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while staying organized Who You Are • Experienced in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing • Creative and team-oriented with strong communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management • Comfortable capturing content on-site at events and working flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Positive, energetic, and ready to have fun while creating engaging content • Part-time, Monday–Friday with ability to work nights and weekends as needed for events Why Join Events By Design?
