Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Social Media Specialist, who will be responsible for the support and development of end-to-end marketing campaign execution that is client-centric, data-driven and always evolving. This is a full-time in-office position in Superior, CO area—we’re building a collaborative, energetic team culture you’ll want to be a part of. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns that drive measurable business results. What You’ll Bring: • 2–3 years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok and Snapchat preferred) • Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and media KPIs • Experience with complex campaign set ups, including A/B testing, creative experimentation, hyper-local target areas • Comfortable using platform reporting tools and Google Sheets/Excel for analysis • Clear communication skills with a mindset toward action and ownership • Be a quick learner with a will to proactively go beyond the brief
