Role Description This is a part-time, remote Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Latam. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing captions, sourcing or creating imagery and short-form videos, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. Qualifications B2 English Profienciency Level Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including managing business profiles and basic campaign execution.Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including writing engaging posts and producing or coordinating visual content.Foundational Marketing knowledge, with an understanding of branding, audience targeting, and campaign planning.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand professionally online.Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into practical improvements.Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.Prior experience in home services, landscaping, construction, or a related industry is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
