You'll proactively plan ahead, maintain a high standard of quality, use performance insights to improve future content, and keep your Crew informed so clients continue to grow. Develop strategic content ideas that align with each client's goals, audience, and business objectives.Collaborate with the Crew Chief and Producer to plan upcoming content and shoots.Research platform trends, competitors, and high-performing content to identify new opportunities.Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs.Maintain content calendars while continuously planning future content opportunities.Stay ahead by ensuring future content is already in development before current content is published. 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Experience developing content strategies and managing the complete content lifecycle for multiple brands.Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple client accounts.Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
