The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands digital marketing and analytics, and can create content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Manage and grow the company's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube channels, as well as the founder's personal brand.Plan, schedule, and execute platform-specific content strategies.Stay current with social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.TikTok Live & Lead Management Work closely with the TikTok Live team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Monitor and manage leads generated through TikTok Live and other social media platforms.Ensure qualified leads are accurately entered into the CRM, assigned to the appropriate salesperson, and followed up promptly.Lead Management & Sales Support Consistently grow A-ONE's online presence and brand awareness.Generate qualified leads through social media and paid advertising.Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.Produce engaging content that drives customer engagement and sales.Maintain accurate CRM data and timely lead follow-up.Deliver measurable improvements in marketing performance through creativity, consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
