Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
Create and manage compelling content aimed at driving engagement and generating a minimum of 400 organic leads per month.
Design and promote lead magnets such as eBooks and guides, collaborating with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to enhance lead follow-up processes.
Analyze data and feedback to refine social media campaigns and boost performance outcomes.
Utilize tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Social to manage interactions effectively and suggest new tools that could improve productivity.
Collaborate with marketing and content creation teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in social media marketing with a successful track record of driving organic growth.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and platform best practices.
Proficiency in creating engaging content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts.
Familiarity with CRM and social media management tools, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Social, or a quick learning aptitude for new tools.
