Social Media Marketing Specialist

This role combines creativity and analytics to deliver engaging content, manage campaigns, and track performance that drives meaningful growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, audience, and goals.
Create, schedule, and manage organic social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write and edit compelling social content that reflects each client’s tone and messaging.
Select and coordinate creative assets (images, videos, and graphics) to maximize engagement and impact.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on KPIs and data insights, and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with design, paid media, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of professional experience in social media marketing or advertising (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and paid media.
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on major platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
Effective collaboration and strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required (open to all majors).
