The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with the company's goals and resonates with the target audience. • 60% - Social Media Creation • 10% - Social Media Strategy • 30% - Social Media Management • Maintain the voice of the brand on all social platforms. Measures of Success: • Content Creation & Execution • Posts are consistently delivered on time and align with content calendars • Video and photo content is high-quality, brand-aligned, and optimized per platform specs • Shot lists are thorough, clear, and result in efficient shoot execution • Social copy and hooks resonate with the target audience and maintain each client's brand voice • Content regularly achieves or exceeds engagement benchmarks (likes, comments, shares, saves) • Account Management • Client social media accounts are active, engaging, and consistently updated • Posts are scheduled without errors (correct copy, time, links, tags, etc.) • Captions are written in a variety of voices and consistently approved with major revisions • Community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) is timely and on-brand • Specialist proactively flags brand mentions or emerging conversations • Strategy & Optimization • Implements and adjusts strategies based on performance and platform trends • Tracks and applies viral trends, platform changes, and emerging tools • Suggests new content format, series, or features to improve client performance • Demonstrates creative thinking in ideating campaigns • Develops shot lists and strategy with minimal oversight • Reporting & Insights • Weekly dashboards are clear, visually organized, and delivered on time • KPIs show consistent improvement • Uses data to inform future content creation and strategy development • Identifies underperforming content and proposes solutions or tess • Clients and team members feel informed and aligned on account progress • Professionalism & Ownership • Manages clients effectively without missed deadlines or major issues • Collaborates fluidly with teammates and communications proactively • Takes ownership of assigned accounts and requires minimal micromanagement • Receives positive internal/or client feedback • Contributes to team brainstorms and actively supports teammates when needed
