WHO WE ARE
RollOps is building the Operating System for Combat Sports Gyms. From garage gyms to world-class academies, we’re helping martial arts gyms grow, manage, and retain students — without clunky fitness software pretending to understand our world.
We’re live in beta, targeting our first gym partners in Oregon, and we’re looking for a scrappy, BJJ-literate content killer to lead our social media and storytelling efforts.
Who You Are
You live and breathe combat sports culture — preferably with BJJ mat time under your belt.Ideally located near Salem, OR (or surrounding areas) — we’ll prioritize local talent so we can shoot content, build presence, and embed at the first gyms together.Remote applicants still welcome — if you're the one, we’ll make it work. But you must be willing to travel occasionally for key promotional shoots, gym days, and brand content ops.You’ve built followings. You’ve run campaigns. You’re not afraid to experiment.You're comfortable with an equity-only role for now, and hungry to grow with the brand.What You’ll Do
Own our social media presence (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts, X, etc.)Create engaging content at gyms, tournaments, and behind-the-scenesLaunch our content playbook from scratch and help us shape the voice of the brandHelp document our early gym partnerships in Oregon and beyondBuild a community of gym owners, coaches, and athletes who see RollOps as part of their DNAWhy Join Now
