From content production to social strategy, paid media to design, we do it all (and still have hands to spare). )Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other creatives to create platform-specific content plans for client brandsStay ahead of trends and proactively pitch ideas that help clients stay relevant and engagingCapture live content at shoots and events including BTS, interviews, and social videoActively engage with followers and help manage community interactions (DMs, comments, etc. )Use insights and analytics to guide strategy and refine content executionOther duties as assignedWhat You BringMinimum 1–2 years experience in social media, digital content production, or creative marketingDeep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and how to grow and engage audiencesStrong writing skills and an eye for storytelling—across copy, photo, and videoProficiency with content creation tools: DSLR camera systems, iPhones, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), Canva, etc.Strategic thinker who understands how to align social tactics with brand goalsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable capturing content in real-time and working independently to execute full content cycles from idea to publishBonus: Familiarity with social media management/reporting tools like BrandwatchPerks & Benefits401(k) plan with company matchCompetitive PTO programHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOngoing education and training opportunitiesFun, collaborative, and supportive team environmentThis role is based in Anchorage, AK, with occasional travel opportunities.If you're a creative thinker, skilled content creator, and passionate strategist—we’d love to hear from you.
