What You’ll Do • Develop and curate engaging content (Reels, Stories, photos, videos) for multiple client brands • Write captions and calls-to-action that reflect each brand’s tone and audience • Manage posting schedules through Meta Business Suite or similar tools • Review insights and performance data to refine timing and creative direction • Stay on top of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices • Collaborate with the Market Director and creative team to align on strategy • Occasionally assist with on-site shoots and local content capture What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation • Strong understanding of storytelling, brand voice, and aesthetic direction • Skilled with Instagram and Facebook; TikTok or Reels experience a plus • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts • Confident communicator with clients and teammates • Local to Charleston — this role is in-office 3 days a week You’ll work in a bright, inspiring Broad Street office surrounded by the energy of Charleston — from coffee shops to cobblestones.
