Location: Oxnard, CA Company: Medical manufacturing company Position Type: Full-Time As we continue modernizing and expanding, we are seeking a dedicated, on-site professional to drive customer outreach and strengthen our social media presence. • Record, edit, and post short-form video content highlighting our products and company story • Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments/messages as needed • Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) • Track social media analytics and report on campaign effectiveness • Stay current with social media trends and recommend new strategies for engagement and growth Requirements: • 2+ years of social media content creation and management on these platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) • Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service a major plus • Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and a friendly attitude • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Creative mindset and ability to assist in content creation (graphics, videos, posts) • Comfortable working in an office environment, Monday–Friday • Ability to multitask and manage both telemarketing and social media duties effectively
