*Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms and supporting metrics.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.

- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships with online communities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and objectives.

- Utilize creative skills to create visually appealing posts that resonate with the target audience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches and data interpritation.

- Assist in photography and videography for content creation as needed.

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in social media management and marketing.

- Strong skills in content creation, including writing.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is preferred.

- Knowledge of advertising strategies on various social media platforms.

- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics.

- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in both visual and written content.
