WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE: \\- You are strategic and a big thinker – ideas are always flowing! \\- You are analytically driven – you love a good challenge (like how to grow social!) \\- Create and execute social media plan in alignment with overall marketing and communications plan provided by Director of Marketing & Operations \\- Manage social media calendar \\- Create engaging social content, including graphics, videos and copy \\- Deep understanding of current and emerging social media trends; give updates on best practices and tips on how to increase engagement \\- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences. \\- Run social media promotions and campaigns, including paid ads \\- Track and report the success of social media campaigns; create monthly/quarterly analytic reports to help guide social strategy \\- Assist in all marketing and PR strategy \\- Partner with and manage relationships with copywriter, content developer and any external photographers, videographers, graphic designers or freelance writers \\- Ability to travel once a quarter for The Michelle Chalfant Co. events to post live, get social photos and content and any other necessary items needed.
