Social Media Specialist

Overall objectives: The primary role of the Social Media Specialist is to lead our social team in all things related to social media marketing on behalf of our clients and agency. This position is responsible for organic and paid social media. General duties: • Meet with account executives to discuss goals, expectations, timelines, and to recommend and/or propose campaign strategies • Conduct ongoing market research to enhance targeting strategies and to make better recommendations to enhance agency offerings • Manage each clients’ campaigns to verify performance and to make adjustments as necessary • Build and execute organic and paid social media strategies through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, etc.) • Sprout Social and/or other social media scheduling tools Salary Commensurate with Experience
