Job Description Social Media Video Editor (Paid Ads) Remote 20–30 hours per week availability with flexible scheduling to support campaign needs and optimization cycles Key Responsibilities • Transform raw studio footage, user-generated content, influencer videos, and static assets into high-converting video advertisements optimized for performance marketing campaigns • Edit and optimize video content across multiple formats and aspect ratios for various advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels • Create compelling video hooks, incorporate persuasive copy overlays, and implement proven direct-response techniques to maximize ad performance and engagement rates • Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist & Brand Team to align with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines while maintaining a consistent visual identity • Apply platform-specific best practices including optimal video lengths, captions, sound design, and visual elements that drive conversions and reduce cost per acquisition • Deliver rapid-turnaround ad creative while upholding high quality standards and meeting strict campaign launch deadlines • Stay current with performance marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging video advertising formats to continuously refine creative strategies • Organize and maintain efficient file management systems for easy asset retrieval and version control across multiple concurrent campaigns and projects
