Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist

Lilac Patisserie, an award-winning artisanal bakery and cafe located in downtown Santa Barbara is currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital brand presence on social media platforms, content creation, and customer outreach and digital marketing. Job Tasks include: Key Skills needed: * Minimum 2 years experience with brand management and digital marketing * Experience with MailChimp, Hootsuite, Photoshop or other graphic design software, Dropbox, Google Ads * Knowledge/ability to photograph product in-store on a monthly basis and to compose styled shoots for digital marketing purposes * Basic graphic design/photoshop skill * Monitoring campaign and promotional/social media performance and engagement and ability to review analytics and convert data into monthly reports with strategic action items to be reviewed with the team on-site at the bakery * Artistic eye * Understanding and appreciation of current branding to maintain continuity with current digital brand presence * Charisma and politeness to handle customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms This position is a freelance position (1099 independent contractor) - the majority of work can be done off-site with monthly meetings and photo shoots for content creation.
