As Marketing Manager your primary focus will be: • Developing marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing • Work with business development team to create lead generation campaigns • Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand Requirements: • Self-motivated individuals, with strong will to learn and promote moving and storage software • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including content development, market research, technology, and budgeting • Proficient with marketing-related software programs • Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients • Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives • Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services • Energetic, proactive, and tenacious • Coachable – you are willing to accept constructive feedback.
