Job Responsibilities • Define and own solution marketing strategy and positioning frameworks across Ensono's portfolio • Establish consistent messaging standards, value propositions, and narrative structure for solution offerings • Lead solution-level go-to-market strategy, including prioritization, sequencing, and market focus • Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership on solution positioning, enablement strategy, and GTM effectiveness • Oversee the development of solution playbooks, sales narratives, and enablement assets, ensuring quality and consistency • Guide and mentor Solutions Marketing Managers and contributors (direct or matrixed) • Partner with delivery and product leadership to align solution positioning with roadmap, capability maturity, and customer outcomes • Lead collaboration with alliances and partners on joint solution strategy and positioning • Partner closely with analyst relations on solution narratives, briefings, evaluations, and market positioning • Influence thought leadership, PR, and executive messaging with solution-level insight and proof points • Evaluate the performance of solution marketing efforts and adjust strategy based on market response and sales feedback • Act as a senior cross-functional connector, aligning leadership priorities with execution What You Will Need: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7-10+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles • Demonstrated experience leading solution or portfolio-level GTM strategy • Experience in technology services, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise IT • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Proven ability to translate complex technical portfolios into clear market-facing narratives • Experience partnering with sales leadership and analyst firms at a strategic level • Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams in a matrixed environment Ensono is a place where we unleash Associates to Do Great Things - for our clients and for your career. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $150,000 to $205,000 annually based on a full-time schedule.
