Not only will the Boutique Manager oversee the daily operations of the spa; but will also provide support to staff and encouragement to all to make sure the spa is ran effectively and efficiently by setting the standard of excellence in esthetics. • Provides management and leadership to all staff, primarily the front desk • Holds monthly front desk meetings to cover promotions, address issues and answer questions • Receives staff goals from the Owner and reports monthly numbers to the Owner • Initiate and set up recruitment opportunities with for owner and recruiting team
