Spa Operations Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 years administrative experience • Excellent PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational, detail, analytical and problem solving/conflict resolution skills • Motivated, professional individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent listening and verbal communication skill • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner with all levels of personnel • Ability to accurately meet deadlines and perform independently in a team environment with minimal supervision • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and managers • Team player, able to deal effectively with employees and managers. ; coordinates New Hire Orientation • Distributes benefits packets to eligible employees and answers questions about plans; consults with Benefits Representatives as needed • Responds to internal inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs • Review and prepare payroll information and forward to Payroll Department for processing; researches and assists in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues Inventory Completes inventory duties accurately and efficiently: • Receives orders when they arrive in the locations, using proper procedures • Reviews all differences and reports for audit • Reports any over, short or damages • Audits for retail product not marked with supply stickers • Manages weekly special and lobby display Marketing Responsibilities • Managing public relations through social media on a local level as well as developing local marketing opportunities • Staying current with spa industry trends and bridging those trends with opportunities • Creating and maintaining positive, productive relationships with virtual, media connections • Ensure the Spa is always staged for maximum buyer impact. • -listen to what the customers are asking for, listen to those needs and communicate them to spa director. Make sure the ones checked are appropriate for the time of year. • -be available to help with all events and tv shoots, shows etc Other Spa Administration • Is a key holder and performs MOD responsibilities • Perform opening and closing duties as needed, following established procedures • Coordinates incentive awards and special events • Schedules and coordinates training programs for the facility • Maintains effective work relationships with all departments and assists with special projects • Performs additional projects or duties as needed • Handles maintenance/building communications • Always being proactive as opposed to reactive • Maintain the overall business operations of the Spa, ensuring the highest standard of customer service, while maximizing profitability and growing the company.
