Job SummaryThe CCA Sales/Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for contract processing and inventory management. ResponsibilitiesInput and verify sales contract data to ensure accuracy and compliance within the system.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales contract information within the Black Box system.Oversee the inventory process in coordination with all departments to ensure inventory systems and sales collateral are accurately maintained and updated in a timely manner.Conduct daily reconciliation of contract log to verify accuracy and proper billing of sales contracts.Review and provide guidance on client contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.Investigate and resolve client inquiries in cooperation with sales and the Business Service Center.Provide administrative and inventory support to cross-functional team members as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.One year of experience in a sales support or related role.Media advertising industry experience preferred.Knowledge of sales principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).CompetenciesAchievement Orientation: Focusing efforts on meeting challenges and achieving high quality results consistent with the organization’s goals.Business Perspective: Using an understanding of business issues, processes and outcomes to enhance business performance.Collaborating with Others: Working together with others in a cooperative and supportive manner to achieve shared goals.Decision Making: Using critical thinking, good business sense and organizational values to make decisions involving varying levels of risk and ambiguity.Ensuring Accountability: Holding yourself and others to high standards of accountability and creating an infrastructure and transparent corporate culture that supports and measures personal and organizational responsibility, urgency and accountability.Fostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.Managing Resources: Planning, allocating, and mobilizing resources (human, physical, information and financial resources) to achieve organizational goals.Partnering: Seeking and building partnerships and alliances that further the organization's objectives.Physical DemandsEmployee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
